On July 1, 2024, the Supreme Court declared that criminal law doesn’t apply when you are President (find out for yourself below.)
Maybe this is something we need to amend to exclude being a convicted criminal.

2) At the top nav menu go to “Opinions”
3) On the left-column menu choose “Opinions of the Court”
